If Senate approves Kagan for the Supreme Court, for the first time, there will be three women simultaneously on the bench. But do three women mean one voice?

In conversation with Dana Rapoport, Jack Tuckner discusses criteria for the right candidate: “Gender is probably not the most important factor…. But if we get a woman who is progressive, liberal and smart, it is terrific.”
