Diane joined Tuckner, Sipser in August 2020 as an associate attorney. In working with the firm’s clients, Diane draws upon her background in public service law as well as her experience as a working mother of three young children.

Diane knows the demands and challenges that all working parents face and is especially committed to working on behalf of women who have experienced discrimination based on their gender, pregnancy or breastfeeding needs. She is approachable, sympathetic and eager to assist all clients in obtaining justice and ensuring a fair, discrimination-free workplace.
