Company acts on fraud, not sexual harassment

In corporate America, decisions are still made on behalf of money, not employees. Steve McLaughlin, the former president of Tools 4 Hire who has been accused of embezzling more than $1 million company funds has come under fire now. But what is worth mentioning is that he was being protected by the company since a year now despite a female employee filing sexual harassment and gender discrimination lawsuits against the company because of the harassing behaviour she was subjected to by him on a continuous basis.
