NY Sexual Harassment and Discrimination
Client Advocate Deborah O’Rell

The emotional states of the people who call Tuckner Sipser for assistance run the gamut from fear to anger to shame. As a certified life coach, Deborah offers clients emotional support during the legal process, helping them to reclaim their power and self-esteem. They are offered the tools to help them redefine themselves on their own terms and not by their employer’s (or former employer’s) behavior.

It is Deborah’s purpose and mission to support our clients through the process of separation and transformation, to elevate and encourage them to see the opportunities before them, and to inspire them to raise the bar for themselves and everyone in their lives. There is infinite abundance for those who are willing to take action to manifest the life they truly want.

How I Help Clients

Often, our work can become inextricably entwined with our self-identity. When a person suddenly suffers discrimination, harassment, or wrongful termination, a natural result is that many aspects of a person’s emotions will be impacted.

When our clients come to us, for many it will be the first time that they have been victimized by an employer. They will not be familiar with the legal system first-hand. They usually will be fearful of the future, especially if they do not have a job.

It’s my role to support clients through this very difficult time, and to help them understand that things will get better. Most of all, I’m there to listen.

Firm clients benefit from Deborah’s decades of experience as a marketing executive, serial entrepreneur and life coach, as well as her many years of higher education seminars, workshops, training programs, various forms of mental and spiritual therapy, and plain old life experience.
