“I felt like Rosa Parks, because I made a change in the company that will benefit other women. If Rosa Parks didn’t step up, Black people would still be at the back of the bus. If I hadn’t stood up for my rights at work, other women might still be getting hurt. Now for the first time, my employer must have a sexual harassment policy.
