For over a decade, Catherine’s practice has centered on advocating for families and children, merging my legal expertise with my background in education and doula services. A substantial part of Catherine’s practice involves supporting parents and families through various stages of growth and addressing the unique challenges they face. Catherine Crider is a dedicated advocate for families and children, and serves as Of Counsel to Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser (TSWS). Catherine holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College, and was admitted to the California bar in 2015.

In addition to her legal practice, Catherine has spent over a decade working with children as a licensed elementary and special education teacher. Her passion for supporting blossoming families led her to become an active labor and postpartum doula, teaching childbirth education and postpartum classes nationwide.

Catherine works with the TSWS team advocating for women’s rights in the workplace. As part of her advocacy, she represent clients facing challenges including combating sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, illegal pay disparity, and other forms of workplace discrimination.
