OVERVIEW

Overview

Katie Swadosh has dedicated the first 20 years of her professional career to Aquatic Management, primarily within a municipal township where she held key responsibilities in general management and oversaw more than 100 employees across four pools and facilities. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, she tackled a wide range of challenges, from routine problem-solving to addressing confidential employee matters. Katie’s extensive experience includes working with children and adults with special needs, as well as managing employees who require reasonable accommodations. She played a pivotal role in developing and expanding the special needs programs across the facilities she managed, and she takes great pride in their growth and success.

Colleagues and community members alike speak of Katie’s compassion as her defining quality. This isn’t just a professional persona – it’s the core of who she is. The same empathy that guided her management style also led her to be a pillar of strength for her family. As her mother faced the daunting challenges of breast cancer and brain surgery, Katie was there, offering unwavering support. Similarly, her ongoing dedication to her brother with special needs showcases her belief in the potential of every individual.

These personal trials have deeply enriched Katie’s perspective. They’ve given her a profound understanding of the human experience – an understanding that resonates deeply with the clients at Tuckner Sipser. Her transition to the firm feels less like a career change and more like a natural evolution of her lifelong commitment to helping others.

At Tuckner Sipser, Katie brings not just her professional expertise, but her whole self. Her approach to work is infused with the same passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence that defined her years in Aquatic Management. For Katie, this isn’t just a job – it’s a calling to make a difference in people’s lives, one client at a time.
