Menopause Resources
At Tuckner, Sipser, Weinstock & Sipser, we believe every stage of a woman’s life deserves dignity, respect, and protection in the workplace. Menopause—an inevitable biological transition for more than half of the workforce—remains one of the least understood and least supported issues in employment law.
Our founding partner Jack Tuckner has been a vocal advocate for menopause equity, serving as a member of the Menopause Equity Working Group and contributing directly to national guidance on workplace best practices. Jack drafted the Impact of Menopause at Work section in the group’s widely shared Menopause Navigation Guide, helping employers, employees, and policymakers understand how menopause affects careers, health, and economic security.
This page brings together trusted resources, research, and tools for employees, employers, and advocates who want to make menopause equity a reality in the workplace.
