Yes, its sexual harassment if your boss’ relentless staring at you makes you uncomfortable. So, it’s creating a hostile work environment for you. It’s altering and degrading the terms and the conditions of your employment, you’re feeling objectified, you’re feeling sexualized, and you are not being paid for that.
Looking good or a certain way for your boss is not an essential function of your job. So you need to register opposition to it and preferably in writing in a way that shows to the perpetrator, the harasser – your boss or the company itself – that this attention is non- consensual, and unwelcome, and that you oppose it.
And by putting it in writing, you are protecting yourself, and documenting the discrimination.
