The bill passed, became law, was deemed constitutional by the Supreme Court, and Boehner failed 40 times to repeal it, not to mention that the President won reelection by 5 million votes where the most distinguishing issue of the campaign was Obamacare. Boehner and the right wing Tea party extremists are holding the government hostage, i.e., extortion, to accomplish what they weren’t able to do since 2010 through legislative means, and it’s criminal, craven and people will die as a result. Negotiate nothing.
